I had an appt at 11:00. Needed to get an oil change and have tire pressure checked as well as another sensor. I arrived 20 minutes early . The service person said it would be done at 12:30. At 2:00, the have tire pressure checked as well as another sensor. I arrived 20 minutes early . The service person said it would be done at 12:30. At 2:00, the car was still not serviced. and I needed to pick my husband up at dialysis. I left without an oil change. One person told me as I picked up my car, that oil changes are on a first come first served basis. Then why did they allow me to make an appointment. More
