We had a great experience with the service department. We had began having problems with our car on our 16 drive down to the area for vacation. We had spent 3 hours at a dealership on the way down and they w had began having problems with our car on our 16 drive down to the area for vacation. We had spent 3 hours at a dealership on the way down and they were unable to find anything done continued on our way. The next morning we stopped in at Naples Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram explained to them what was going on and decided to leave our car for them to look at so we could still spend time at the beach and enjoy our vacation. There is an Enterprise car rental on site which we were also very pleased with. Michael gave me a morning update each day until they called and said our car was ready for pick up. They were able to find the problem and we were able to drive the 16 hours home with no trouble at all. We are farmers in the midwest and to us the service department at a dealership is what makes a good dealership. It does not matter if it is a vehicle, tractor or semi. Anyone can sell anything, but if you have friendly honest service technician's you have a good business! More

Then I met with Phil the finance guy was a very nice guy personable has many good stories to keep the mood light and make you feel comfortable I only spent a couple hours at the dealership just enough time to get the deal done then left for the long drive home. No pressure only negative I have for the whole experience is the fact that their fees are exorbitantly high looked for a few months at many different vehicles at many different dealerships from florid Illinois Ohio Arizona Indiana this dealership had the highest fees by far for restoration and other miscellaneous fees added to the final price making the price seem less than what it really is but the people I dealt with had no control over that so kudos to the people I worked with got the car I wanted at the price I wanted so all in all a good experience More
