Ryanb Lacks Customer Service Skills Ryan showed up over an hour late to view a used 2013 E-350 Mercedes. Walked up on us (without introducing himself) complaining that We were suppos Ryan showed up over an hour late to view a used 2013 E-350 Mercedes. Walked up on us (without introducing himself) complaining that We were suppose to come after 10:30. Never addressed me by name. Paid cash for the car Never thanked me for the business. Got home and realized the car had damage underneath the bumper although the car fax stated no accidents. NEVER RETURNED 2 PHONE CALLS, OR RESPOND TO BOTH A TEXT AND EMAIL MESSAGE I SENT HIM. Dealership took car back and I received a full refund. Terrible experience!! More
