End of month impolite inconvenient rush job. Told car would go back on market if I did not drive 216 miles to get there by end of month. 04/24/20. Even though I paid the 10% down payment $1500.00. No option to transfer car to central Florida. Told I could check out drivers on ebay. Told they could only hold car a few days. I was only given one key. I asked why. Told I could make key copy without all the extra options for a couple bucks. Not correct. $80.00 to make cheaper copy just to start car and $160. For full function key. Asked why price on carfax went up $503.00 two hours after I left the bank. (See price change 04/24/20) Tom Ash..... got agressive, direct and impolite in his reply. He spoke down to me. I did not expect his alpha dog reply to put me in my place. Rude. Customer in hallway was yelling about his lost plate which was mailed to his previous address. We had to wait 10 minutes just to get the key at the end from Tom. Told They were short staffed because it was monday, 04/29. Would I really have lost the jeep patriot if I had arrived 48 hours later on 05/01/20? Was there really another guy wanting the car as Tom said? The odometer hadn't changed. We have a farm with some sick animals. We were stressed rushed inconveniently. I feel I was overcharged. $503.00 for price change on 04/24/20 and $160.00 for me to now purchase a second key on a CERTIFIED vehicle. $663.00. If you want to make this right, send me a check for $663.00. More
Service department never is seamless Every single time I need to drop my car off for service there is always an issue. It is either they don’t fix the problem, I do not get a call with Every single time I need to drop my car off for service there is always an issue. It is either they don’t fix the problem, I do not get a call with status updates, or it takes double the time promised. This last time I brought my car, it was to fix an issue that was already supposed to be fixed. When trying to put my car in reverse or drive from Park it does not move. I even took a video to send it in when we’re dropping my car off. My car was in the shop for almost 2 weeks and was not fixed. The representative that was helping me was also incredibly rude. I traded my car in got rid of my Durango and got a new Ford Explorer. My husband also traded in his jeep wrangler for a Toyota. . The service department has tainted my experience of this dealership and unfortunately will never purchase a car here again. Something has got to be fixed in the service department More
