Above and Beyond I recently brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service and, upon my return home, I discovered that the issue was not completely resolved. I immediately called the Service Department and spoke to my service rep, Lauren, who assured me that she would take care of the problem. Lauren recommended that I leave the car for a thorough inspection and, with that, graciously offered me a loaner at their expense. Lauren kept in touch with me every step of the way, and I'm happy to say the issue has been resolved at no additional cost. Lauren went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. I arrived somewhat early but was greeted immediately by an attendant and was taken to the service office. Met with Pawel Bartnicki who reviewed what services were to be performed, cost for oil change and how long it would take. The services were to be completed at noon. When I returned at noon the car was ready and Pawel escorted me to the billing center and completed all the paperwork. A very professional experience. More
