I bought a Jeep GC 2020. It had a noise so I brought it in. They immediately let me know that this vehicle originated in Canada, so Jeep NA doesn't include Canada?!?! Then t It had a noise so I brought it in. They immediately let me know that this vehicle originated in Canada, so Jeep NA doesn't include Canada?!?! Then they tell me that as I bought it from Tamiami Ford, they wouldn't be able to service any recalls as I bought it from a 3rd party. ((Stellantis the parent company is going into bankruptcy once again, and WE/YOU the consumer will bear the brunt of this!)).. The display delaminated and they will not cover it as Jeep NA (Stellantis) feels it's not their issue. (MASSIVE ~90% of Jeep displays (LG electronics) are failing and have failed... but again, it's not Jeep's fault it must be mine. $190 for windshield blades(the best ones are $50 tops) (?!?) $160 for a front air filter (it's a $15/device)...(I wish I could post the estimate they gave, such xx)... They can ensure I will tell everyone about this and they can count on ZERO dollars ever coming from me and my family. Stellantis, do better, you have RUINED the Jeep name and brand. Sadly an owner... Laura was very good to deal with, however I waited 3 weeks for my Rubicon 392 to be repaired for a simple 02 sensor and tail lamp repair. No idea how you don’t have spare parts on site for such a simple weeks for my Rubicon 392 to be repaired for a simple 02 sensor and tail lamp repair.
