Service advisor was Charles. Got me in right away determined issue was a warranty repair of crankbalancer weight. Had to order part. My extended warranty covered part and rental minus deductible. 65k miles. Charles was new and did a great job of getting my Wrangler back to me and updated me numerous times. Also when my vehicle failed I was 55 miles from Naples. 2 other Dealerships that were closer said they couldn't take a look at it for at least 2 days because they were to busy. Naples came through in Big way. More

I brought in tires. I ordered from tire rack they were balanced,installed & Alignment. Also had the car battery replaced. Everything went smoothly. Having taken my vehicle in for an oil change, I could not make an appointment but instead required to use the “expess” lane. Due to a severe lack of space this was an extremely chaotic experience. Although, Charles, the young man helping us, did his best, it seemed a long unorganized ordeal. Appeared that service is under staffed with only 3 people on the express side and nine on the formerly appointment side. On a good side, Charles did arrange for the tech to pair our new phones to the vehicle. I wanted to have the tires rotated but apparently this was not possible at express! More
