I contacted Naples Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to have my Jeep repaired under the extended corrosion warranty. Upon my initial contact a female service advisor informed me they could not help me. She said to Jeep repaired under the extended corrosion warranty. Upon my initial contact a female service advisor informed me they could not help me. She said to call the manufacturer. Attempts to reach Stellantis and Jeep support yielded no helpful assistance. Subsequently, I contacted Naples Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram again and was fortunate to speak with Justin Reynolds. He provided exceptional service, guiding me on where to have my corrosion warranty work completed and clearly explaining the process. After my contact with Justin it was a seamless and easy process.
