We have had to go 3x and each time the work is not completed as requested after they have it for 3 days. It’s been like ground hog day for them to acknowledge it. I feel so ripped off with this dealership. I bought a 2020 Ram truck this past January. The Salesperson Mr. Vasquez did an excellent job making me feel comfortable and in good hands. He helpe I bought a 2020 Ram truck this past January. The Salesperson Mr. Vasquez did an excellent job making me feel comfortable and in good hands. He helped me find the truck of my dreams, Really. I bought into the exteded warranty (which is incredibly expensive), and they explained that the vehicle was Certified and had nothing to worry about. After 3 months I am contacted by the service department to get the first oil change. They advise me that my tires need to be replaced, that one of my batteries and my breaks were on their way out. I obviously don’t want to hear any of that since i had just given 20K of my savings for down payment and got myself in debt with another 20K plus interest and extended warranty. When i went back to replace my tires after just a few months, the truck was severely damaged on the passenger side, they claimed there are a lot of tow trucks in and out and must have done the damage. I couldn’t believe it. The Manager (Oracio) told me to not worry, that they would take care of everything. After waiting almost a month, i was actually contacted to take in the vehicle for repairs. After waiting for a couple of weeks for my truck to finally be ready for me to finally enjoy, i step in the driver side and the whole dashboard is crumbled, coming apart. Like the leather lost its glue or something. I was so shocked that i felt my heart sink. So the Manager (Oracio) tells me that it’s a known problem with these trucks. You can imagine how i felt right then. He tells me that he can replace my whole dashboard for a discounted price since it’s not covered by the extended warranty. Even though this happened while the vehicle was under their care. The only time that i had to not think that this truck is not falling apart was the first 3 months, now i have a detached muffler that seems to just need a gasket and 2 screws and they want to replace for $2500. I have never felt so ripped off, laughed at or so stupid before. They gave me a chrysler number to call, made me feel even more stupid. I put the claim and explain the situation to that chrysler agent, and after a few weeks, im still waiting for a response. I will do everything possible to get this reported and to expose businesses trying to rip people off. I have damages on my truck that remind me of that dealership every day, you can imagine. More
