The manager who assisted with getting our car in was phenomenal and made the process stress-free! However, my issue, which I emailed to the manager, who assisted my wife, I stated that the technician phenomenal and made the process stress-free! However, my issue, which I emailed to the manager, who assisted my wife, I stated that the technician did not do his job fully and almost cost us $600 on a new battery because he didn't do a follow up test once the secondary axillary battery was installed to see if the main battery was actually bad. Since our main battery was with AAA, I called them out and the technician explained that the main battery is working just great and the technician at the dealership should've tested and should've known toneetest the main since the auxiliary battery works the start/stop feature and the electronics in the car. Overall not happy nor thrilled my wife and I almost spent $600 in a new battery which never needed to be replaced m solely because the technician didn't follow up and retest the main battery again after the auxiliary battery was replaced! More
