The service advisors are nice but the technicians are completely incompetent. I paid to have my transmission replaced, and in 6k miles it blew up again. I took my truck back to the dealership to have completely incompetent. I paid to have my transmission replaced, and in 6k miles it blew up again. I took my truck back to the dealership to have it replaced under warranty and it took them 6 weeks to get my transmission replaced. Once I arrived at the dealership to finally pick up my truck, I noticed that the rear suspension was sagging and the "Service Air Suspension Immediately" light was on. I was told "it was like that when the truck arrived". They took the truck back to the bay and found a fitting that had broken off of the air spring whenever the truck was sat back down off of the lift and the tech didn't check to ensure the air spring was seated properly. They then handed me a $5,000 quote to fix it which I refused as the air spring can be bought for less than $800 online and is less than an hour worth of labor to replace. To add salt to the wound, after I fixed the air spring myself, the air suspension system was still not functioning properly. I took the truck for a drive to see if maybe it was a fault that would eventually clear. I went to fill the truck with DEF fluid and found that the technician failed to hook the lines back up after replacing the transmission! I spilled 2 gallons of DEF on the concrete of the gas station parking lot. In my extreme frustration, I immediately notified the service manager of my displeasure with their dealership. He insisted that I come in to meet with him and his shop foreman and that they'd make the issue right. I did so and all I received was anothe$2k+ quote, a free alignment and offer to recharge the air suspension with nitrogen. They were insistent that the problem was an "air mass" issue when in reality it was the valve block and exhaust solenoid causing the issue. An entire compressor assembly later (that they probably caused damage to) and I finally have the issue resolved. Thanks for nothing Naples CJDR! More
