Service department is great. I went in for a few items that I needed to have repaired. There were a few other deferred maintenance items I was planning on coming back for at a la I went in for a few items that I needed to have repaired. There were a few other deferred maintenance items I was planning on coming back for at a later date but the advisor said they could get all the work done within the timeframe I gave them as I was waiting at the dealership. Made a 10 am appointment to have oil change and tire rotation . Took 2 hours and 15 minutes . Not acceptable . Have not enjoyed this dealer ship since the purchase . Very unorganized .
