My Jeep Grand Cherokee was in for a recall and oil change, Justin provided excellent communication, and the work was completed that morning while I waited, all was fine with the exception of when I go change, Justin provided excellent communication, and the work was completed that morning while I waited, all was fine with the exception of when I got home on checking the air filter box was open, not clipped closed and the air filter breather pipe was unattached, with this exception, the visit appears to be successful. Poor communication I had requested a report on balancing of tires because I had some shimming go on from the last time you rotated my tires and I wanted to know what each tire balance was and what was taken of tires because I had some shimming go on from the last time you rotated my tires and I wanted to know what each tire balance was and what was taken to correct , my understanding is Alex was out that day and the info was not forwarded that was my bad for not talking to the next service tech I also had the front end aligned so my issue was on the Highway and ill be test the truck today I’ll let you know on Monday how it is thanks .
