My wife bought a new vehicle, which was delivered with paint damage and weatherstrip damage. Service department told her they ordered the strip. They never did. Still to this day never heard back from the paint damage and weatherstrip damage. Service department told her they ordered the strip. They never did. Still to this day never heard back from them. She set an appointment to get the paint corrected , she took the day off to come to the appointment, and when she got there she was told the appointment was to just look at the paint, not to fix it. They type of service department who does everything in their power to not do their job. More
