I was helped quickly and efficiently at the front office. My car was ready when quoted; I appreciate that. Mine is a good car. For the last 70k miles I only do maintenance. The oil change was good. My only comment is I noticed a black marker mark on the back when I picked up the car. The marker was water soluble and easy for me to clean off; not sure why my car was marked with a marker.
