All was very good when I brought my 2023 Jeep Rubicon in to get a nail taken out of my tire and put new lock nuts on the wheels!! But, before I left they gave me a list of over $3,000.00 worth of stuff that to get a nail taken out of my tire and put new lock nuts on the wheels!! But, before I left they gave me a list of over $3,000.00 worth of stuff that they “revommended” that I have done to my Jeep, ASAP!! $450 for a battery!!! Common!!! $3,000.00 dollars!!! More

Frustrating that no one returned my calls and when someone answered they did not know where my vehicle was. Had scratch fixed, which was fantastic (body shop) had a tire replaced and the truck came b someone answered they did not know where my vehicle was. it doesn't sound good when you are told you can make an appt to drop your car off but then told it might be looked at for weeks. then told you have to leave vehicle there bc if not there when the part come appt to drop your car off but then told it might be looked at for weeks. then told you have to leave vehicle there bc if not there when the part comes in, which we were told it could be 6 weeks, they will send the part back and we said call when the part comes in and we will bring vehicle back that same day no they would rather have you waste money on a rental More
