First when calling service all I got was voicemail, where I left messages. I did not receive a call back. The oil change was done to expectation. The tire rotation occurred, but all the lock nuts were t I left messages. I did not receive a call back. The oil change was done to expectation. The tire rotation occurred, but all the lock nuts were to be removed and replaced with regular lug nuts. Well 3 of four were replaced. When I went for tires replacement, I was informed of the lock nut, which I had to cancel the tire installation, and go spend 2 hours at the dealership to have the lock nut removed and replaced. Than I had to reschedule the tire replacement. A 3 hour expected experience, took over 7 hours and two days. More
