He even had his technician Jose do a ride along with me so he could hear a specific noise coming from my vehicle. They fixed the problem and I am very grateful for the service that I received from John and Jose. I'll be going back to Naples Dodge in the future for any other service my car. More

This was the worst service center I have ever had to deal with. My car was towed in for getting hot, when I went to pick it up there was oil pouring from it with two massive "DO NOT START" stickers on it. T with. My car was towed in for getting hot, when I went to pick it up there was oil pouring from it with two massive "DO NOT START" stickers on it. The car never severely overheated, it was towed less than a mile from my home to avoid this problem all together. The advisor texted that the tech believed "the overheating was due to the engine overheating". This was from an advisor I am supposed to reach out to for information and advice. They never told me there was oiling pouring out of my car. I found that out when I went to pick it up. The manager was quick to blame AAA for allowing the car to overheat that significantly. A AAA manager came to the Dodge service lot at the dealership to provide us with picture proof the was was not left unattended. We were given 360 degree photos of the car dropped off and proof there was no oil leaking. The damage was done when the car was in Dodges possession and care. The manager quickly changed his story and stated "well, that's what I was told". I reached out to the General Manager with no response. I called the dealership multiple times, waited on hold, for the phone to pick up and hang up immediately which didn't allow me to leave a voicemail. The entire way this situation was handled was truly mind blowing. When you bring a vehicle to the dealership, you trust they know how to fix it. Not only did they damage it, but they didn't even tell me the condition the vehicle was in. They also released my keys to the tow truck driver before I made it to the office. I have screenshots and pictures from AAA and the service advisor at Dodge. I have photos from the church parking lot the car was towed from proving my car was not in the condition. The complete lack of effort for reparations from the dealership or taking responsibility for the careless actions of one of their techs shows their morals and ethics or should I say lack their of. I will be filing a claim for Auto Repair Fraud because they never reached out or tried to settle this in an ethical manner. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with the service department and general manager. Would not recommend. They are unprofessional, incompetent and careless. More
