He was honest about our trade in value, didn't pressure us to buy anything but sold the car to us based in our personal needs. We also appreciated sales manager Preston Reeder coming over to shake our hands and to "thank us for our business". This is a lost courtesy in sales today but will not be forgotten by my wife and I. Professional, Intelligent, Personable, and Trustworthy - A++ This was the first lot that I stopped at, while searching for only a few particular vehicles. I have never financed a vehicle, nor have I purchased f This was the first lot that I stopped at, while searching for only a few particular vehicles. I have never financed a vehicle, nor have I purchased from a dealership. As soon as I walked up to the 2006 Infiniti G-35 coupe that I stopped by to see, Mr. Preston Reeder (manager) came to greet me. I told him that this was only my first stop, and that I only had time to take a quick look. He then sent out, Mr. Bryan Neitz (sales consultant), with the keys to the vehicle. After allowing me to inspect the vehicle, inside and out, Bryan offered to let me test drive the vehicle. After our test drive, I was giving serious consideration to purchasing this vehicle at the very first stop on my list, which is quite uncharacteristic of me. Although I was made to feel very welcome at their dealership, I never felt ‘pressured to purchase’! While Bryan stepped away from his desk a moment to run some figures for me regarding financing options, Mr. Joe Parisi (Owner/Manager) even came over to welcome me and shake my hand. Upon Bryan’s return with my finance options, I reviewed all of the terms and conditions. I had a lot to consider. I informed Bryan that I would leave the dealership to get a bite to eat for lunch and told him that although I was still very interested in the vehicle, I could not give him a definite ‘yes’ at the time. He was very patient and encouraged me to take my time at lunch. He even sent the car the be detailed, so that if I returned with a definite ‘yes’, the car would be nice and clean for me. I returned to the dealership after a nice lunch and I was ready to sign my first car financing papers. I waited for quite some time, because by the time I returned from lunch there were others ahead of me for financing. Not to worry, Bryan, Preston, Joe, and other sales consultants apologized several times for the wait and offered me water, coffee, and snacks. Once I finally got called back to sign all of the necessary paperwork, I met Mr. Bob Fredeen (business manager). He also apologized for the delay and offered me a few extended warranty options. Furthermore, he answered all of the questions that I had for him and walked me through the process, step by step. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at my local Bonita Springs Infiniti dealership. I got everything that I could have asked for: patience, kindness, generosity, and professional intelligence. I was not pushed to trade my existing vehicle, I was given a 60 day warranty with my purchase, and Bryan even filled my gas tank up with premium gasoline (which the car requires). The only issue that I have experienced, is that one of the automatic clicker keys of the 2 that I received, does not work. I do not worry, though, because Bryan makes everything alright! I even received a thank you card, personally, from Bryan a week after my purchase of the vehicle. I felt at home when I made my purchase, and I know others will as well. Thank you, ALL, for making my experience so unique and personable! You all have a great team. I look forward to doing business with you in the future and recommending your most excellent service to others. More

This is our First Infinity and so we were not inclined to buy one. We have had 4 Lexus's and had always migrated away from Infinity in the past. At our Closing, I summoned Michael Licciardi privately to look at my trade in. I pointed out a small problem that I noticed with my trade in vehicle and he immediately put my mind at ease and thanked me for pointing it out. One other time, in my life this happened while purchasing a new car and it was a very big and distastful problem for a much smaller issue. I really appreciated his approach and sensitively. We shall return. More
