Needed a fix fast and got in the next day! I do not drive a Infiniti but the service department was nice enough to provide me with service on the Volkswagen Jetta. Tyler DeBo was very pleasant to speak with and was very eager to help me figure out what was wrong with my vehicle at the time. He provided me with information about what was going to be done with my vehicle, set me up with a very nice loaner car and made sure that I knew the directions clearly before I left the premise. I would and will be recommending this facility to family and friends not only for service but for future car purchases, including myself. The service department works in a timely manor and provides updates about your vehicle. Everyone has a great personality and is very upbeat to make sure that your experience there is nothing but the best. I will be servicing my vehicles here for the long run. More

Certified Preowned Vehicle do not buy here. They donāt back there warranties say it was an outside force. When they donāt want to pay for the work. They donāt even. know when this happened .They could have sold this car to me.with this problem. Who certified this vehicle they also missed a sensor for the airbag had to rip the passenger seat out. I would never buy a car here or have it serviced . I hope to get the TV and Newspapers to help me with this injustice and make them fix my car free of charge. More
