Terrible experience compared to other dealerships I use. I deal with multiple dealerships that are all far better They put the wrong tires on my car. Charged me for 4. Only bought 2. I called. Then they I deal with multiple dealerships that are all far better They put the wrong tires on my car. Charged me for 4. Only bought 2. I called. Then they refunded me for the cheaper ones. The wrong ones that they put on my car. And didn’t have the decency to refund thesales tax on it. Also asked about applying service coupons prior to the work being preformed. They didn’t apply any of the coupons which would have saved me over $100. (I guess that’s why). The other dealerships in the area are kind enough to do that when asked. I am still waiting 2 days later to hear about incorrect tires put on and incorrect refund. Also having issues from work preformed. . (I was patiently waiting and giving them a chance before rating them on this) More

I WAITED TO WRITE A REVIEW BECAUSE I WANTED TO SEE HOW THINGS WOULD GO WITH THE CAR FIRST. SO FAR WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, IT STARTED WITH THEM RUNNING MY CREDIT WHEN I SPECIFICALLY SAID I DID NOT WANT MY THINGS WOULD GO WITH THE CAR FIRST. SO FAR WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, IT STARTED WITH THEM RUNNING MY CREDIT WHEN I SPECIFICALLY SAID I DID NOT WANT MY CREDIT RAN BECAUSE I CAME WITH A LOAN ALREADY APPROVED. TOLD ME IT WAS GOING TO BE A SOFT PULL AND THERE WAS NOT GOING TO BE AN IMPACT ON MY CREDIT. AND TO MAKE THINGS WORSE IVE HAD MY CAR FOR 2 MONTHS AND IT'S ALREADY GIVING ME PROBLEMS. TOOK MY CAR FOR ONE ISSUE THAT IS VERY RARE FOR SO LOW MILEAGE WHICH IS MAKING ME WASTE MORE GAS THAN IM SUPPOSED TO. THEY'VE HAD THE CAR FOR 6 DAYS NOW, AND STILL NO FIX. I TRIED TO GIVE MAZDA A CHANCE FOR THE FIRST TIME. WORST DECISION EVER. More
