Okay Just some constructive Criticism. While waiting for the oil change you've got rock music blasting. Or if trying to work out a deal and you've got the music blasting away you can't hear yourself think. I bought are cx5 there In 2019 and it wasn't like that. They had rock music on but it was more background. I noticed you've got more young people trying to sell a car to get their commission. Just keep in mind you have a cross section of people coming in there. From young to older. The older crowd may be put off by it. It just all depends on where you want your demographics to be. More
