Communication with staff was abysmal. This made it very difficult to make a deal while living 90mins away and having small children. All this makes carvana more attractive. Once we arrived the deal made over the phone was off because the tires didn't have enough tread, which I disclosed in voice-mail and text. The attitude of the staff was very off putting. They let me know that I was not worth $500, and let us walk out over $500. Cox chevy (who I purchased from previously) made us feel like family, they gave us such an incredible price without hidden fees, and no effort on our part. I give them praise to all my friends and family, and they have gone to Cox and had the same experience. That's how a business should be run. More
