The team working in the service department were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that it is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone when you call. I brought my CX-5 in for servic friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that it is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone when you call. I brought my CX-5 in for service to investigate an oil leak and was happy to find that they could take my car in immediately and get it back to me within two days. Unfortunately, it took an additional couple of days and I was never offered a loaner vehicle until I asked the last day they were working on my car. It took nearly a week to fix my car. I am disappointed in Mazda, because my oil leak was due to a problem that I found is quite common with my make and model, and usually happens just outside of the warranty period. I was ready to pay the full amount but when I contacted my dealership up north to see if they noticed anything amiss when they inspected it a month prior, they told me that they have helped their clients by contacting Mazda to request assistance with the repair costs. I asked Naples Mazda to do the same and was happy to hear that I wouldn’t have to pay for the entire bill myself and that Mazda would pay a portion. I wish someone would’ve suggested that at Naples Mazda but fortunately, I found out on my own. More
