Marcos drove me to see the car I was originally interested in then allowed me to test drive a similar model. I ended up purchasing the test drive model because of Marcos salesmanship on the product. I am a Costco member and went through their auto program to find Naples Mazda. Jordan was my first point of contact - a simple phone call to get me to take a test drive. Marcos walked me through all the other steps! More

Good customer service but there were no specials available for customers. Absolutely the worst dealership experience I have ever had. Dropped car off on Tuesday, Oct 24th for a repair that was supposed to be done that day. We did not get the car back until Saturday the 28th! had. Dropped car off on Tuesday, Oct 24th for a repair that was supposed to be done that day. We did not get the car back until Saturday the 28th! The worst part was the total lack of communication and the service department that never answers the phone! Had to go in person twice just to see what the status of the car was. No one called to let us know there were delays and no one ever answered the phone. Even sent a message to the GM to try and get assistance and never received a call back. What a joke. The most unprofessional and unorganized service department that charges huge premiums on parts. Cant imagine we will ever be returning. More
