I had a my car serviced there months ago and I believe they neglected to properly take steps to ensure my car would have the lowest chance of having problems. The result was a cracked engine block. Roger Hess- 5 excellent My vehicle was dropped off November 6, 2023, Scott kept telling me the service dept. Was backed and gave me a loaner car 2,weeks later. On January 4th, si finally went in person to get an update on my vehicle. The service department did NOT know my vehicle was there and pending work. Roger Hess immediately took action and Tuesday January 9th, I finally picked up my vehicle and returned the loaner vehicle! More
