I received NO prior estimate as to what my repair would cost. The $800+ bill included a $49 disposal and supplies fee. In the 8 years I’ve been going there, I have never run across this before. Beware of Predatory Sales Tactics at Naples Mazda I had an extremely disappointing experience at Naples Mazda, specifically with their finance manager, Matt. When purchasing our vehicle, Matt informed had an extremely disappointing experience at Naples Mazda, specifically with their finance manager, Matt. When purchasing our vehicle, Matt informed us that the car did not have an existing factory warranty. Based on this information, he convinced us to purchase an expensive third-party warranty, which we later found out was completely unnecessary. Two months after the purchase, we discovered that our vehicle did, in fact, have a pre-existing factory warranty. When we brought this to Matt's attention, his response was dismissive and unprofessional. He told us that there was nothing they could do and that we should be satisfied with being "double covered." This is completely unacceptable and feels like a clear case of predatory sales tactics. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with Naples Mazda, especially with their finance department. It's unfortunate that what should have been a straightforward and honest process turned into a regrettable experience. Buyer beware! More
