Ryan-the DM is a great guy. He is personable and straightforward. Shawn is the best salesman, heartfelt, loyal, genuine. If you want ultra professional and quiet, focused, you will not like the down to Earth atmosphere with sports on and all. We appreciated the authenticity. The only negative is their padding of warranties and add one that hike up car loan prices. So is life… Their GAP policy and warranty however is unique to other dealerships in that if you total a car it not only covers the ‘gap’ in what our vehicle is worth vs. what is owed , but it also provides $5k for a down payment on another vehicle. Time will tell, but for now we have had a very positive experience. We have purchased 4 vehicles and left both Toyota and Chevy after giving them years of loyalty and over 15 vehicles. I brought a 5 year old Rav 4 with a BB value of around $23k. Agreed on an out the door price of $30k including taxes at the dealership. The financial folks snuck in $14k worth of extended services bringi $23k. Agreed on an out the door price of $30k including taxes at the dealership. The financial folks snuck in $14k worth of extended services bringing total value to $44k, which is more than the first hand value of the car (with free power train warranty). Nothing was explained to me properly while signing the 100 pages of documents, I learned through the bank my loan balance is $44k. Went back the next day to remove $8k worth of warrantees (that's all they agreed to remove, still $6k worth of additional services forced upon me that I don't want) Overall a bad experience, worst dealership experience in my 50 years of car buying actually, not a good business model.
