Giancarlo Lovera was amazing! He was so patient with my 16-year-old daughter, showing her a bunch of cars. He really knew his stuff about Mazda. Great experience with Brady at the Service Department! I took my Mazda in for its oil change and all new tires and received the best service! I always look forward to the walk-around videos of my vehicle I took my Mazda in for its oil change and all new tires and received the best service! I always look forward to the walk-around videos of my vehicle while it’s being worked on. Also, I don’t ever feel pressured to make additional decisions or upgrades than what I came in for. Brady, especially, understood what I needed done and did his very best to take care of me. I did have to stop in for a second visit a few days later, due to a screw in my brand new tire. However, Brady fit me right in and accommodated my time crunch before I had to go into work. I told him I only had an hour to spare and wouldn’t be able to make it back for another 5 days. My tire kept losing air, but he realized the urgency and didn’t want me to drive around like that for very long. I appreciate the efforts made that day for me. Thank you, Brady, and Naples Mazda! More
