Came back to check on vehicle status from oil change. I’m told it’s ready but never received a completed text like usual. Get in & car still says it’s due for an oil change, then I see the sticker wasn’t I’m told it’s ready but never received a completed text like usual. My husband checks the oil twice with the service advisor and it wasn’t changed, in fact probably not even moved from where it was left at drop off. I’ve bought 3 Mazda’s from there and always bought the maintenance plan. Very disappointed that someone would take advantage of customers like that. If they forgot my car, then they forgot, it happens, but to say service was done when it wasn’t is inexcusable. They took my car in right away & rushed it through, but I never received the usual video, nor the sheet that shows my tires, battery, etc. More

Dealer showed great attentiveness to the issue we faced with an engine light coming on. Apparently obscure codes were being thrown (which is not comforting for a new Mazda under 7,000 miles) and ultimately with an engine light coming on. The repair took longer than expected, but Naples Mazda kept on it until the issue was resolved. More
