There was no pressure, no pushy sales tactics, and no sense that they were only focused on their bottom line or commission. Instead, they focused on helping us find the right vehicle and made sure we understood every part of the process. Every person we interacted with was friendly and respectful, and we also had the pleasure to be introduced to the General Manager, who took the time to personally welcome us. That alone says a lot about the culture of this dealership — it feels like a team that actually cares about its customers. This experience was especially refreshing after dealing with another dealership that was not transparent and tried to pressure us into believing certain fees and add-ons were “mandatory” when they were not.
