Go visit John Flanagan at Mazda! Mazda was our 2nd stop of the day, we met with John Flanagan. We had no intention of agreeing to anything same day, but ended up leaving with John's card, and called a few hours later to put a deposit down on a car to pick up at the end of the month because we knew we had been sold. John shows sincere interest in his clients and was a joy to work with! We felt to pressure to sign anything while there, we were given the freedom to test drive the vehicle. (Which is what truly sold us, the car drove so nicely), and were all around impressed with our time at the dealership. Everyone there is so nice. We were equally impressed with our conversations with Dan Rake (Management), and Ryan Eicklemann (Finance). This is our first car, and we are so happy with our choice to go visit Mazda. We visited a different dealer prior to Mazda and just felt like a number there. We were hurried along when they thought we weren't ready same day to agree to anything, and I was regretting having to see another dealer that day. I am so glad we did and Mazda was able to change my car shopping experience for the day. John has been so responsive for us, and goes out of is way to answer any and all of our questions, even now that we have the car. We are so impressed with him. Cannot say enough good things! I purchased my car over a holiday weekend. The dealership was very busy, but it was still a great experience. Everyone was helpful, the cars were priced fairly. We had a good experience from beginning to end. The only disappointment was that the car mats were not in the car and 1 Mazda 6 floor mat was thrown in the drivers side as a substitute.
