Clean, friendly, open atmosphere. Management was very copacetic. When arriving to store was in the evening when looking for a vehicle…..had to locate a sales person. Sales women was friendly also new to the car sales market. When looking for car gave option on what was ideally looking! Wanted a 2023 but 2022 was the Option. Sales process was smooth and the manager helped fasten the close of sale. He was able to work numbers. Have to go back for detailing after purchasing vehicle due…to the service department lacking. I get they are busy and all plus can be overwhelmed but when customers purchasing vehicles new or used but everything should be finalized to the tee at pick up. The manager was super genuine though coming out to see what happened. Also signed a paper for me to come later on once chaos settle down at store. we got a date situated two weeks later. Overall happy with choice of car and happy to now be apart of Masada family. More
