After agreeing on pricing, I was taken to the finance office where they attempted to slip in over $4,000 in add‑ons that were never discussed or authorized. These included items I did not request and would never have knowingly approved. The finance manager rushed through the paperwork, provided no explanation of what I was signing, and clearly hoped I wouldn’t notice the extra charges. If I hadn’t stopped to review every line item myself, I would have been charged thousands more than the agreed‑upon price. This kind of behavior erodes trust and reflects poorly on dealerships. Buyers deserve transparency, clear explanations, and honest pricing—not surprise add‑ons at the closing table. I strongly recommend reviewing every document carefully and insisting on full disclosure before signing anything at these locations. There was no pressure, no pushy sales tactics, and no sense that they were only focused on their bottom line or commission. Instead, they focused on helping us find the right vehicle and made sure we understood every part of the process. Every person we interacted with was friendly and respectful, and we also had the pleasure to be introduced to the General Manager, who took the time to personally welcome us. That alone says a lot about the culture of this dealership — it feels like a team that actually cares about its customers. This experience was especially refreshing after dealing with another dealership that was not transparent and tried to pressure us into believing certain fees and add-ons were “mandatory” when they were not. The contrast was night and day. If you are looking for honesty, transparency, and a team that treats you like a person instead of a transaction, this is the dealership to go to. We would absolutely make the drive again and highly recommend them to anyone searching for a vehicle. Typical stealership practices. I have only had the vehicle 6 months and the battery is already needing to be replaced.
