I contacted the dealer on 12/28 and made an appointment with Matt Gaylan for the next day. I arrived at the dealership with my wife and my son. A young sales trainee Victor greeted us and took notes on what we wanted such as the model of cx-30 turbo and the details of the trade in. Shortly after Matt arranged with multiple choices to test drive. It was a long day on negotiations. Fortunately, the general manager of the dealership JP helped to complete the deal. Then my assigned senior salesman Shawn took care of delivery and even followed up text day. Overall I was pleased with the positive attitude of the entire staff. The customer service was excellent in the way that they listened to my needs and were willing to keep an open dialogue when we were at a divide in the price of the vehicle. They were willing to stretch themselves to provide me with a deal that was good, and were respectful the entire time. More

I had trouble with the bank regarding my down payment and the financial manager understood, and let me take the car home, and make the payment next day. I was provided a send key to the car without charges. Overall, one of the smoothest and satisfying car buying experience for me and my wife. I also came to believe that the lending institution (Wells Fargo), the dealership, and the warranty company were working in coordination in a way that steered my purchase and financing toward options I didn’t fully understand or agree with.
