The price of the car was pre arranged and agreed upon with a pre approval from sun coast credit union. Once arrived, credit was ran for no reason, attempted bullying into using Huntington bank and then with a pre approval from sun coast credit union. I had to pay $1500 more to stop a 6 year old from crying due to the lying and bullying of the financing department. Spent 3 hours saying no to numerous repeat packages, and luckily have the ability to pay more for a car that was already negotiated for. Still have the texts for proof. Highly disappointed and will absolutely leave a one star google review, and recommend that nobody uses Naples Mazda for anything for any reason. Disgusted with Kat and the finance manager. Daniel, the salesman was absolutely great minus pushing me through an unnecessary credit app. Can not repeat enough the deceit and manipulation as a whole. Terrible Dealership. Absolutely awful.
