This is an email that was sent to the service manager on 7/31 to which he did not respond — Hey, good afternoon My name’s Teagan, the # on my account is 239.378.4234 I have a few issues I wanna 7/31 to which he did not respond — Hey, good afternoon My name’s Teagan, the # on my account is 239.378.4234 I have a few issues I wanna speak directly to you about at this point because I’m genuinely irritated I’ve never been in for service at your center until this week. I called last Wednesday after I shattered my rear view mirror, I gave a ton of info about the car/make/model/etc & asked if the part was in stock, I was told yes & scheduled for an appt for this week. When I came in they did general inspections & I bought a few up charges but my side mirror couldn’t be replaced because you don’t have the piece in stock. So my ‘service advisor’ Maria { ‘’ because I think she was just there when I came in vs being the person I set the appt up with who gave me false info} had me pay up for what I needed to & said the part would be ordered, in by Wednesday & I can schedule for Thursday so I was annoyed but took that on the chin & kept moving I called today to speak to someone about confirming that the part was in, he said I’d need to talk to the parts department, I was beginning to say ‘okay I do have another question’ but he was so quick with ‘talk to parts’ & transferring me over that now it doesn’t even matter what I was gonna ask yk eat that too, fine I talked to the guy in parts, the ONLY person who hasn’t had a weird attitude or been unhelpful. He said the part not only isn’t here but was never ordered, honestly not surprising at all because that’s why I called to check before taking myself 30 mins up the road for nothing. So he says it can come in by tomorrow but I have to prepay for it that’s probably why it never got ordered. Which is SOOO annoying because all I have wanted since 7/23 is this xxxx mirror replaced. I would have prepaid for it on the 23rd or when I came in on the 28th but NO ONE thought to make that happen, make that information clear or call me within the last few days realizing their mistake. On top of that he said what I’d need is $700+ where as I was told it would only need a mirror at $345 so that discrepancy is insane I’m not a service center employee, I wouldn’t know or expect to take the lead in making sure things are handled, lined up, or done properly. I’m already struggling to do that simply to bring my car in for an appt or find time to be without a car because I haven’t even been able to ask if y’all have loaner vehicles bc I just get hung up on essentially The entire situation is very frustrating because I’ve tried to do the correct thing for a week by coming to you guys to get it genuinely replaced vs any 3rd party or diy hassle & I still have no light at the end of the tunnel with this because I don’t wanna work with an advisor or a team who lets *massive* pit falls happen or seem like they don’t have a care in the world other than the clock getting to the end of their shift For real & genuinely super frustrating simply trying to get a mirror More
