Your new service dept manager Roger took over the care of my car .. the job was redone right and returned to me looking beautiful. He did an awesome job. You have the right man in the right job. From the minute I walked into the service department, I was treated like a very valuable customer. Mr Hess let me know what was wrong with my car, explained in easy to understand detail what needed to be was treated like a very valuable customer. Offered to get a part driven over from Ft Myers early, but I don’t end up needing to. Gave me a loaner car had to stay overnight. Can’t over state how they made me feel as if I had just bought the most expensive car on the lot, when I was there for just minor repairs. More
