I purchased my Mazda from this dealer and have always done business with them for regular oil changes or major maintenance on my car. I am usually pleased with everyone on the lot, but when I declined an done business with them for regular oil changes or major maintenance on my car. I am usually pleased with everyone on the lot, but when I declined any additional maintenance on my car the sales persons mood changed. The additional maintenance was just filters. When I received my car back, there was multiple chewed lollipop sticks in the cubby of the drivers side door that wasn’t there before. I was too embarrassed to say anything as my car isn’t exactly neat, but it doesn’t have trash either. I’ve been contemplating my return to service my vehicle since. More
Decent dealership quick an effective. But there is an issues. On July 26 I had to go to Mazda to go and get my passenger rear tire looked at. I ended up having to get a brand new tire whi But there is an issues. On July 26 I had to go to Mazda to go and get my passenger rear tire looked at. I ended up having to get a brand new tire which they worked out a price for me which thankful. But the issue is I’m missing a metal valve air cap cover that was never put back on the passenger rear tire when it was replace. I work M-F in a hospital so makes it very hard to take time off. More
