I was told about an hour wait time. I waited for over 4 hours and missed two work-related meetings. I had to call after 1 week to find out what status of repair was. It’s been now over I waited for over 4 hours and missed two work-related meetings. I had to call after 1 week to find out what status of repair was. It’s been now over 2 weeks and I’m waiting for a part. Not given any indication how long this will take. Really poor communication and customer service. More
