They ran the diagnostic and performed the software update at no cost to us. Which was great but they did take 1 hour longer than originally planned. No biggie though. I have never had the experience I had this last visit. I had a 11:45 appointment. At 2:20 I went over to see what the problem was. She said it would be 30 more minutes. And she was having trouble locating I had a 11:45 appointment. At 2:20 I went over to see what the problem was. She said it would be 30 more minutes. And she was having trouble locating the person doing the service on my car. I had made a 3 o’clock appointment for that day thinking I would have plenty of time since I had an 11:45 appointment. I told her I had to have my car at 2:40 serviced or not. I also observed another man who had an appointment at 12:15 and his car was not Completed as well and he had to leave without having the service done if you don’t have the staff to take care of the appointments, then spread out the appointments and don’t take as many. It should never take three hours to do an oil change. She did give me a discount for the weight and I did appreciate that More

The service on the vehicle itself was great but the wait time for just an oil change on a Monday at 11 AM was 3 hours which is absolutely crazy. Especially since we had this appointment scheduled for a whil time for just an oil change on a Monday at 11 AM was 3 hours which is absolutely crazy. Especially since we had this appointment scheduled for a while but I guess scheduling it doesn’t really matter. I live in Fort Myers and when I purchased my vehicle at Naples Mazda I was told that I could use those complimentary oil changes at any location which was not true so the fact that I was stuck in Naples with no car for 3 hours was rough. It is difficult to be negative about this location because the people there are super nice and I know it’s not their fault that it was extremely busy that day but I do wonder if it always takes that long. The only other issue I had was that I got a text from Maria asking if the service went well and I said yes and asked if my tires were rotated because she stated that it was included in my complimentary oil change but she did not respond. Then a few days later, she texted again asking to leave a review on here which I said I would and I’d be happy to leave a great review, I just need to know if my tires were rotated and still til this day I have not gotten a response. I put off doing this review for a while in hopes I’d get an answer but I did not. I really hope and pray that after waiting 3 hours that day that they did rotate the tires because it was supposed to be complimentary and I’m worried that it’s wasted now and I won’t be able to get that done for free if it wasn’t done. Overall, everyone there is nice and the place is clean and tidy but I did have some issues. More
