He invited me to his cubicle. and with my experience in purchasing cars I immediately told him I was not there to waste time haggling back and forth. He respected that. We talked about what I was looking for and he showed me what he had. He was not your typical pushy salesman, which I appreciated. We worked out the details of the purchase for which I am very satisfied. I was introduced to the sales manager, the finance manager and the service manager. These are persons who I would eventually working with. It just created a wonderful atmosphere. I just want to say thank you to Bob for creating that experience from the beginning. More
