I wanted to make the best decision that was as educated to buy a car. Being a widow, this was the first time to make this huge decision, mainly on my own. I did not want to make a huge mistake. he kept in contact with me without being a pest. I was scared and continued to try to save a down payment that was going to take years. Lol. He kept letting me know what was available at the time. It came time to go to the dealership to see what I really wanted. My choices were a smaller car, less money, or get a car I would love to pay for and enjoy! He was right being that he had the perfect safe car that I would love. Of course he wasn't there that day, he was off. He still take time to call me and assure me that he would call and make sure it all went smooth,ON his day off! Angel Pagan saw me and helped me get the car I wanted. Jimmy the finance man finished the deal, as painless as possible. I really felt comfortable with these guys helping me through it all. Mike has stayed in contact with me after my purchase and sent a second key to me. I will send everyone to a very trusted man that made me feel, I did, and WE got a great deal, and car. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful. We knew what we wanted when we got there, and Mike was able to get us the price we needed to be at with Bob Bean's assistance. I got a good offer to switch to a new lease and I took it. Angel promised to take care of everything, exchanged the cars in my garage (without my being there !) and I think it worked out very well. Mr. Pool (who is the manager) added $2,800 to the back end of my lease in order to make the deal "look good" and didn't care to tell me upfront. Erik and Tray were awesome. Both of these guys went out of their way to help us. My wife and I had been looking for a car for our teenage daughter for some weeks and we happen to pass the dealer right a of their way to help us. My wife and I had been looking for a car for our teenage daughter for some weeks and we happen to pass the dealer right at/just after closing. We just wanted to take a look at the cars they had available and as we wandering around, Erik was pulling a car back into the used area. He was more than happy to show us the car he was pulling in as well as a couple of others. The price he gave me right off the bat was the advertised Internet price so he I felt they were pretty honest. I had been to one dealer who quoted me 5K above the Internet price! I've also had other dealers playing around with price a lot. Later that night, I checked all the major car sites, ebay and other out of state dealers to see how competitive the price was and it was at least $500 below price of most comparable offerings. Erik took the extra time after the dealership was closing to get the keys, open up the car we were looking at and then let us test it out. We were very impressed with his knowledge and the ease of which he was able to answer our questions regarding warranty and other things. One of the things that I think we liked the best was that we weren't too keen on the cloth interior and he suggested that if we wanted to, we could change it out for an additional cost. Again, he was very accommodating and not rushing us off the lot. We told him we would be in the next day and that we would bring our daughter. We came in the next day and we were met by Tray as we parked and got out of our car. We explained we were looking for Erik and Tray went to find him. As luck would have it, Tray told us that Erik was with another customer. We had NOT made an appointment as I didn't know my schedule. Tray then showed the car to my daughter and took us on another ride in which he let her drive the car and answered any questions for us. He was even more knowledgeable than Erik and that paid off when we were looking into changing the interior. Tray went as far to show us his own interior for color choice. We decided to buy the car and the rest of the process was pretty smooth with no surprises along the way. We'll be taking the car back in a couple of days to get reupholstered when the material arrives so we'll see how service works. More
