Took my car in for oil change, tire rotation, problems with my tinted back window and a recall. Paid for my service, when I drove away my car was pulling to one side, went back they took it to the back an with my tinted back window and a recall. When I asked the manager about it, he stated that they were putting my tires back the way it was! So my tires were Not rotated. Then the Manager drives the car says nothing wrong with it, then he puts $25 on the counter and states that's for the rotation. How can I even trust them again, they just let it go. No tire rotation and they didn't even take the time to find out why my car was pulling to one side. And it was fine before I took it in! So I suggest you know exactly what it is that they do to your car, because they lie about what's on paper! More
If there was a 0 I would give it. I brought my car in because I thought the starter was not working. We hooked it up at my house and found a different code as the car started so we dr I brought my car in because I thought the starter was not working. Kim told me that I would be charged 189.00 for diagnosing the vehicle if when they were done i did not do the work. SO we also added the tire sensor as they told me months before he could not be reset so it was probably the sensor and they also added a recall but they did not have a resolution for that either. SHE DID NOT TELL ME I WOULD BE CHARGED 189.00 FOR EACH LINE ITEM but note they did not charge me to reset the tire code. So I had them replace the battery as it was not the starter and they still charged me 189.00 to diagnose the other code. BUYER BEWARE when you go there. THEY HAVE NOW LIED TO ME TWICE. so my battery now cost over $439.00 for a $169.00 battery because i did not do the other $2000.00 with them for the code I SUPPLIED TO THEM. plus we had to call for two days to find out if the battery was replaced, A LIE BY OMMISSION IS STILL A LIE. THEY HAVE LOST ALL OUR BUSINESS FOR GOOD. More
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone in the market to buy a car. This was the most odd and worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership….if they can call themselves that. Keep away and go elsewhere they don’t want anyones business anyway especially if you are female or have a daughter because if you are then you can’t see the car but a man certainly can. More

Do not get your car serviced here. The management staff is extremely rude especially the director/manager of Service,Bob, Rob or something like that was their name.. Gave complete attitude and said he didn’t need my money or business when I was upset they tried scamming me (they think they can swindle anyone out of $). I Had a oil change done, recommended another Cabin & Air Filter that was clean and replaced 1 month ago by me and a brake flush that was done 2 months ago; and changed the price was changed $20 higher when I went to pay. I do not & will not recommend this place to anyone I know. Was a gruesome experience. More
First off, the people I worked with were very friendly and professional. I spent much too long at the dealership. A couple of items I tried to negotiate on, however, they wouldn't budge. The windows were film tinted from the prior owner, yet, they felt they had to charge me for the tint again. I call that double dipping. There were cosmetic issues (bubbling) on the rear windshield that wasn't addressed while I was there, and I was told to come back in the future to have it fixed only at that dealership. There is a lifetime warranty on the tint, but that doesn't make the fact that I was charged for it again any sweeter. There was also a charge for clear coat. Once again, they chose to charge me for this too! Of course I could have walked out of the dealership. I went into this dealership in good faith to purchase a vehicle. I did sign the paperwork and drove out with my beautiful used car. I want it known to future visitors to this dealership to be aware of these tactics. I haven't used their service department, so I can't rate it. More
Daniel was GREAT. He explained everything that needed to be done. They didn't have a part and I needed my car that evening, so the servicemen put everything back together so I could drive my car home. Dan be done. Do not use this dealer for service. Most dishonest service place I've ever seen in over 40 years of car ownership! Took my 2015 Nissan Altima there for manufacturer recall. As part of service they did their vehicle inspection. My service advisor, Carlos Saucedo and tech, Jimmy Shewmaker told me my car, with only 53,000 miles needed new AC blower motor AND Front control arms!! Wisely I said no and took it to "The Garage" on Collier Blvd. My service advisor there said it was highly unlikely since I have no symptoms and mileage so low. He put in up and on hoist came back 5 minutes later and told me all fans were working fine and control arms looked like new, no bushing cracked as this dealer told me. I write this to warn others. I cannot believe a dealer behaves like this. More
