We have reviewed your file and listened to each of the phone calls and read the text messages that you were sent back and forth in search of a misleading practice but were unable to find any proof of that. The sales team repeatedly stated that we do not work numbers over the phone as is our company policy. You stated the numbers that you felt should be according to the call you had already visited a Nissan store locally and wanted a lower money factor than they were offering, unfortunately that number is set by Nissan the manufacturer and not the dealer and therefore is not negotiable just as the residual factor is not negotiable. Although we understand the frustration you feel by not being able to get to the numbers you desired the dealership did nothing wrong as we told you over the phone that we do not work numbers over the phone. Then followed that up with calling in to the dealership and calling the employees names. We appreciate the opportunity and wish you the best of luck in your purchase in the future.

Thats not true. repeatedly I told Alex, your none existent employee and according to your sales team, that if we cannot be at the agreed lease payment to please not waste my time. your selective review on the recording of our conversations are rather interesting. I was talking to Alex a week prior to heading over and repeatedly confirming our deal, including the same day I went out there. so that's interesting that you never conveniently heard that part. I guess I hoped for the best when I went for my two hour drive, makes a lot of sense in your pristine ability to review phone conversations. how about I give you the time of our conversations and you show me the proof and that you actually reviewed it? 2/16/23 9:44am 2/17/23 3:16pm 2/18/23 1:41pm. UPDATE: As requested, I called the 855 number on Tuesday, Jan 24th. I was told I had to speak with Alex who was not in. The woman said she would leave a message for him to call me on Wednesday, the 25th. crickets. Since he was part of the problem, I didn't really have much hope for a resolution. Since I hadn't heard from him by Jan 30, I sent him an email to him on Jan 30th and asked him for the email address for someone with authority to deal with my issue. Here we are on Feb 1st. Still crickets. When Naples Nissan reads this, please have sales manager email me. You have my information. By the way, the family cruise vacation that is advertised on the radio daily says "take your family". Well, it turns out, that only works for a "family" of 2.
