Bad service experience Bought few cars used and brand new before and had some issues but never thought I would be neglected like this . Bought brand new E 300 2017 3 months back I use this car couple days a week and the other days I keep it in the garage I noticed one tire keep loosing air from the beginning talked to the sales man and he told me it's normal to lose few pounds but things got worse lately so I took the car to service a month ago and after couple hours waiting the service tech came out to tell me I need new tire with 3000 miles on the car I explained to him that I have been complaining since I got the car but he told me the sales man sold me the car no longer with them and he will call me back after he talk to his boss to replace my tire at no cost to me I left the shop with that promise and I am still waiting for this call I have 4 Mercedes cars and I make sure to take it to another dealer for service even if I have to drive 50 miles from where I live . They just lost my trust and my business . More
