Stay away from this dealership. I went with my Chevy Cruze yesterday with an appointment. I waited over two hours. Bill, the associate, sold them on a "silver package" where they cl I went with my Chevy Cruze yesterday with an appointment. I waited over two hours. Bill, the associate, sold them on a "silver package" where they claimed to perform a multipoint inspection, check all fluids, rotate tires, etc. After waiting two hours, Bill told me they found that both my transmission lines and engine lines were "leaking"; he didn't say where the leak was, how bad it was, or any specifics. None of the paperwork had photos or even details of exactly what the issues were. They also charged me 75 dollars to change a bulb. In total, I paid 244 dollars for an oil change, tire rotation, and a changed light. I left to get gas across the street from the dealership. When I went to pop the hood, I checked and saw my engine coolant fluid was way below the line. My anti-freeze and washer fluid were also low. When I drove back within 10 minutes of leaving, I spoke with Bill. He first said that coolant levels fluctuate when I pointed out that the level was low. Bill then told me they would "make this right." His way of making it right was to grab coolant, put it in my car without a funnel, causing it to splash all over. he then pulled my car around the front. I then spoke with the manager, I think his name was Lou, and he said they would " take care of me." When I got to my vehicle, Bill said nothing. I asked what they were gonna do to remedy this. He said I can give you a bigger coupon next time." The lack of care and service was both unacceptable and alarming. Please do not go to this dealership. I am contacting corporate today More
