TERRIBLE SALES MAN, TERRIBLE TRANSPARENCY, TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION I came to Napleton Chevrolet hoping for transparency and assistance while trading in my vehicle for a new SUV in this time of limited inventory and high interest rates and I was met with the exact opposite. I am visually impaired and my husband is on oxygen while recovering from lung cancer; With that being said, you would assume we would have great assistance in this process of reading paperwork and fully agreeing to all costs and APY rates... Instead we were charged for services that we explicitly declined, and on top of that we were given an exceptionally high interest rate, even though my husband and I both have nearly a perfect credit score. This issue has been brought to the staffs attention, and we were told this would be "Their top priority" and the issues would all get resolved. I was finally relieved, or so I thought; After waiting 5 days for the phone call and proof of fixes, I finally called the dealership again for a status update and I was met with the response "Who is this again?". This has left a knot in my stomach for more than 2 weeks now. I will continue to discourage people from doing business with the Napleton dealerships and posting negative reviews until this is resolved. THIS IS NOT HOW ANYONE SHOULD RUN A BUSINESS!
