I bought a used car from Nick Ristich back on 8/11. I really liked the car besides some chips in paint that was noticed after the test drive. Nick said that the chips can easily get painted over on site really liked the car besides some chips in paint that was noticed after the test drive. Nick said that the chips can easily get painted over on site we just need to schedule a follow-up appointment to get it done. Perfect, bought the car and took it home. It took 6 weeks and 5 reschedules and 2 painters to get the touch-ups done, which was a hassle, but the chips are no longer noticeable. They were able to give me a rental so that I could leave the car at the dealership which gave the second round of painters plenty of time to look over the whole car and do a good job. Nick Shaqra assisted a lot with expediting the process and reviewed the quality of work once completed. He explained in full detail every question I had and he threw in a color matched paint pen so that I can take care of any minor chips in the future that occur. Appreciate eventually getting the attention to detail especially on a new customers car. Joe Storti from financing offered a payment plan that could have been explained better since there was no comment of a membership fee of $399 being charged along with how payments were going to be applied to the loan monthly even though they can be collected weekly/bi-weekly. Overall bad experience since I had to do the leg work to make sure what was discussed and promised pre-purchase actually happened as described post-purchase. More
