Love the service; disappointed in the car I’ve had this Taurus less than four years, and have had to have it towed in for service at least three times. The car has less than 17,000 miles! The Service Department, however, has never been a disappointment. I’ve been called and brought up to date on what was being done, the cost, and the time that the work was expected to be completed. Five stars for the Service Department! Two stars for the car! More
