Fusion Hybrid, The Work s Maintenance and Recall service I was greeted right away and assisted with check-in using new kiosk , was easy to do. The basic maintenance, oil and filter change, tire rotation, and two recall procedure s were done in less than 99 minutes, My shuttle ride back to dealer arrived shortly after call to say service complete. Checkout and payment went smoothly except for a little confusion on where to pick up my car. I was waiting near the service bay doors, car was brought up to opposite end of parking lot, I had to go back to desk and ask for keys,. Since the vallet driver did not see me. A minor glitch in an otherwise good experience. More
