There was a recall on a part for my Ford and so I took it to this dealership to have it repaired. I also asked for an oil change which they charged me $80 to do without saying the price up front. My appointment was at 9AM and I dropped the car off the night before. I received a text message saying they took the car in and would send photos and information about the vehicle when they had changed the part and done the oil change. By o'clock I had heard nothing about my vehicle so I sent a message asking how long it might but received no response. I called at 2 PM and they took fifteen minutes to determine the status of the car and then said oh yeah it's done. So they had finished but never informed me. Then when I went to pick it up, it took another twenty minutes to bring the car around after saying the the replaced part was free but the oil change was $80. I will not return to this shop nor will I recommend it to anyone I know. More
