Service after the sale and Quality Service is pretty much non existent from what I've seen so far. Sales department makes a sale and runs and doesn't return calls if you have even a minor issue with your new non existent from what I've seen so far. Mechanics (2) couldn't figure out how to even install and get the spare tire, jack, tire iron in the car and get it to fit!. Buy a car new when you order a new car, it comes in you don't call the rightful owner or company, you use it to lend out as a loaner for weeks then call. That's why what should have been in the car was missing ( Spare Tire) etc. You are probably the absolute worst Ford Dealer for honesty and service I've ever seen in Illinois at least and I've been driving Fords for 42 plus years.
