Drove all the way from Ohio (3hours) to make a purchase. The car I went to buy ended up having a huge scratch. They ended up finding me another one which was fine. The finance guy was ok until you tell him that you’re not interested in any of his up sales. Then he was very unprofessional. Drove the car five miles down the road and had to return because I noticed it was missing a panel cover. Went back and waited another half hour while they got one off of another vehicle. I traded in a vehicle that I still owed on. It took them over 6 weeks to pay my trade off. It got to the point where my next payment was overdue. Then a lady emailed me 8 weeks later to tell me she would take care of the registration because I paid them to do it. She then said I could do it myself and they would refund my money. I have emailed her and called her multiple times. No call backs and no refund. Go figure. Absolutely would not recommend this dealership. For being the number one volume dealer they acted like they have never sold a car before. More

Deceptive Sales Pricing! We went to test drive a 2020 Hyundai Tucson. Had no plans to buy that day but we liked the sales person and we liked the car. Sales price of the car was significantly higher then what was listed on the dealers website (web price said $5349 off MSRP plus $2000 rebates). The price we paid was several thousand more then that. When we got to finance several expensive junk fees were added to our contract for things we didn’t want or need, When we asked to have them removed the finance manager was adamant that they fees were mandatory and that we had to pay them. When I insisted she was extremely argumentative, finally the sales manager was called and he said he couldn’t waive the fees but would lower the price of the car to offset. The finance manager continued to be rude and off putting as we finished our paperwork. So while our test drive experience was great, we felt misled by the much higher pricing then what is listed online, and we didn’t appreciate the rude, argumentative treatment from the finance manager. It’s really too bad that our wonderful sales people Brandy and Terrence worked so hard to earn a sale that was overshadowed by this poor experience. More

Went in with a pre-approval from my bank and all they wanted to do was try to finance us thru them. Can some one add this up? $7000 vehicle, they came back with $247 a month for 4 years. They acted like being pre-approved was a bad thing. Horrible experience and to think I drove 2 hours to get there. Don't even bother to look at what price they have on their tags or internet. Don't waste your time like I did, we even took off work to do this. More
