Part was not availabe (had to be ordered). Other dealers told me 1 week to get this part. Gary & Mike from Parts told me they could get it the next day by 9:00AM. The next day I received a call from Mike told me 1 week to get this part. Gary & Mike from Parts told me they could get it the next day by 9:00AM. The next day I received a call from Mike at exactly 9:00AM to let me know that he had the part (I did not have to follow-up/push as usual). I scheduled an appointment with Cheryl in Service for 1:00PM that same day and received a call from Bob in Service @ 2:00PM that same day to let me know that my Lincoln SUV was ready to be picked-up. This seems to be normal for this Parts/Service Team. I have not experienced this type of service in a very long time - maybe ever. More

Upon visiting the dealer for repairs, I found all employees friendly and professioal. Although I own a welled seasoned car, that has a very low blue book value, I was treatd as a customer ready to m employees friendly and professioal.
