IDK where these other people went but every time I've been in there it's only because it's close to my house for service there's a different manager I was in there today and the guy in the glass office w been in there it's only because it's close to my house for service there's a different manager I was in there today and the guy in the glass office which now know it was the GM was yelling and cussing at the top of his lungs to an older gentleman which was a Salesman there come to find out all the salesman was doing was letting the GM know that he had a guest waiting for him apparently the GM was on the phone this isn't the first time I've seen something like this happened with this man but this time it was very unprofessional and uncalled for what kind dealership lets their managers talk to their sales people like that and the other dealership for service is another 20 minutes away but I will never go back to Napleton and I will drive that extra 20 minutes to get my Nissan service More
