The heavy set lady who collects payments all the time in the service department is extremely rude. The service guy handed her my keys on top of my service bill. She flipped my key fob across her desk showin the service department is extremely rude. The service guy handed her my keys on top of my service bill. She flipped my key fob across her desk showing no care at all about breaking it. It’s all caught on camera ( 1/18/22 at 1:15-1:20pm ) I asked her not to do that to my keys and she said she does that all day long.. after that she became even more ruder. I was there for 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I will be taking my car to Orland Park from here on. I’ve been coming to this location for almost 2 years getting my car serviced. I’ve attached her initials so she won’t be a confused with anyone else. I’m thinking she’s the one that calls for the surveys so I’m thinking I won’t be getting one so I decided to write this. More
