I have been a Napelton customer for years; bought 3 cadillacs from Joe Horvath. I have been swayed away from Napeltons service ever since Sean Haugh departed. Not only polite and knowledgeable, he seemed like he genuinely cared about the service Napelton provides for me. While I have bought other cars at other dealerships, I can honestly say the latest purchase of my 2011 Cadillac SRX with Joe Horvath at Napleton Cadillac has been my best! When I first walked into the dealership, Joe professionally approached me, introduced himself and made me feel as if I were talking to a friend. He answered all my questions, yet he never pressured me or made me feel as if I needed to make a decision right away. He was very knowledgeable about the product and made himself available at anytime. This same courtesy followed through to the Financing area when I dealt with Steve Schultz another professional, knowledgeable, yet patience person who took his time to explain all necessary information. Mr Schultz also did not push the "hard sell" tactic, something I appreciated from both gentlemen. They both continued with follow-up calls after the purchase was finalized. I appreciate all courtesies extended by Napleton Cadillac and I would definetly recommend the dealership and these gentlemen to my family and friends!! More

I have brought two (2) Cadillac vehicles from Napleton Cadillac within a 12 month period. My Salesman, Mr. Mike James, is awesome. I've been bringing my vehicles to Napleton for Service for the past six Cadillac within a 12 month period. My Salesman, Mr. Mike James, is awesome. I've been bringing my vehicles to Napleton for Service for the past six years and all of the staff are just wonderful to deal with begining with the office staff, sales staff and not forgeting the Service Department. They have always been curteous and very efficient. Each time I've visited the service department, once the work has been completed, the Service Manager always sends me a letter asking if I was satisfield with the work performed on my vehicle and if not, to contact him directly. You can get service any better than that. I came to Napleton approximately six years ago to have my 2001 Cadillac DTS services after dealing with Arnie Bauer Cadillac in Matteson, IL. They had the worse Service Department and the attitude was very unprofessional of the Owner after I had made several complaints of the service that was performed on my vehicle. He just didn't care and expressed that to me personally. I informed him that I may be only one customer to you, however, this is one customer that you lost business with. I'm so glad I came to Napleton. Thank you all so very, very much! More
