Every time we asked for clarification on the inflated pricing, the salesperson responded rudely and gave us vague, unhelpful answers. Eventually, the finance manager informed us that purchasing a $2,000 warranty—something we found unnecessary—was mandatory and non-negotiable. While the finance manager was at least honest and respectful, the overall experience with the sales staff was extremely unpleasant. Definitely not a recommended dealership. More

Brought my jeep in today for oil change, battery for key fob and a red light for engine. Joanne told me I also had a free tire rotation still. No issues with the engine light, thanks god.
